We aim to dispatch stocked products as quickly as possible.

Delivery times vary depending on product type, manufacturer availability, and project requirements.

Typical delivery times:

• Stock products: 2–7 working days

• Special order products: 1–4 weeks

• Bespoke products: Subject to manufacturer lead times

Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Customers must inspect deliveries upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.

For installation projects, delivery arrangements will be confirmed by our project coordination team.
