At Scottish Energy Saving, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.

Physical Products

Customers may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Products must:

• Be unused and in their original condition

• Be returned in the original packaging

• Include all supplied accessories and documentation

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Products

Many of our heating and renewable energy products are manufactured or configured specifically to customer requirements.

Bespoke, custom-made, special-order, or made-to-measure products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.

Services

Consultations, surveys, heat loss calculations, system designs, site visits, assessments, and professional services may be cancelled within 14 days provided work has not commenced.

Where work has already commenced, charges may apply for work completed.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
